Vacation Bible School

  Come soak up the Son and have some Beach Party Fun! We have lots of great activities planned for children 3 years old through fifth grade. Registration forms are in the hallway near Comfort Hall. El Cerron, Honduras-Trinidad Mission Trip

  Misty Pope is leaving July 26th for a mission trip to El Cerron in Honduras-Trinidad with St. Mary's, Washington DC. Each participant's goal is to carry a full suitcase of children's Spanish books, arts & crafts supplies to the children of El Cerron. One of the greatest challenges in this area of the world is literacy - there is no library system and books for the young to read at home are scarce. This is a wonderful oppontunity to spread God's love and gracious kindlness to those who are less fortunate. Should you wish to contribute, pleast bring your items by the church office.

The Altar Guild

  has lost a number of members and would welcome trainees for this wonderful behind-the-scenes ministry. Trainees would be paired with Altar Guild mentors. Please contact Jean Almos or Aldie Jacobs, the co-directors, for further information.
